Design and Development

CNC Cutting and Precision Machining

Our production runs on four advanced CNC cutting machines, including jumbo-format capacity. That lets us handle projects of any size with maximum precision and efficiency.

Our machining capabilities include:

Every detail is machined with precision, for consistent results, clean edges, and a high production standard.

3D Forming and Press Technology

Four vacuum presses for 3D forming let us shape dynamic forms, acoustic elements, and custom design pieces that pair function with a modern look. This technology takes PET felt beyond a material — into an architectural and visual experience.

Laser Cutting and Engraving

Our jumbo-format laser system cuts and engraves directly into PET felt with fine detail. That opens up branding, decorative finishes, acoustic patterns, and custom visual work.

Automated Bonding

An automated bonding line keeps our PET felt production efficient and consistent. It delivers a reliable bond, a clean finish, and output that scales to projects of any size.

Materials, Colours, and Stock Availability

With an in-house stock of over 10,000 PET felt panels in more than 52 colours, we keep production fast, availability reliable, and creative freedom wide open for every project.
